Swift was one of three agencies to receive certification from the 3% Movement in 2018, achieving the highest rating yet. An in-depth evaluation process spanning employee surveys, interviews, and assessment of company policies and creative work, found that Swift:
- Far exceeds industry best practices for women in leadership across all positions, including executive and creative roles
- Is a place where women leaders are satisfied and are highly likely to recommend Swift to a friend looking for a job in the industry
- Scored high for authentic, respectful messaging and casting in creative work that was characterized as bold, inclusive and inviting
This acknowledgement gives us third-party validation on things we’re doing well, and outside perspective on how we can improve racial and ethnic diversity as we continue to embrace a culture of learning, growing and improving.
Additionally, Swift—along with 16 other agencies—has ensured equal pay in our workplace as a founding member of the 3% Pledge for Pay Equity, which requires agencies to conduct wage audits and remedy salary inequities. Independent of the pledge, Swift previously conducted a wage audit and found a small gap that directly correlated to career stages rather than pay inequality. The inconsistencies were since rectified.
