Swift was founded by women, and women make up 65% of the leadership team and staff. We’ve seen firsthand the power of women lifting others on their way up and wanted to extend making a difference to those outside the agency.
We partnered with 17 female-forward businesses, professional groups, and employee networks to launch FTW: For the Women - a 6-month mentorship and accountability program. 150 women on the rise are strategically placed into small teams led by 25 mentors. Together they tackle challenges, speak frankly, create step-by-step plans for career goals, and hold each other accountable.
In addition to birthing the initiative, Swift led on the branding and development of the course curriculum. Our strategy team is also conducting research with FTW mentors and mentees to inform recommendations that companies and individuals can use to address the barriers holding women back in the workplace.
